I am an incoming freshman and applied for financial aid. However I was selected for a verification process and it required sending documents proving my need for aid. I have sent the documents over 6 weeks ago and they keep telling me that I will lose the grant. I emailed them three times explaining that I have sent the documents but they never reply. I called five times but they keep putting me on hold and sending me everywhere.

Got billed for five sessions last summer. $50k+ for two classes and no housing? And the final one wasn't even correct.
Whenever I call or e-mail, it takes forever to sort out the bills. The people are trying but it's not working. -
